Abundance is proud to offer the highest quality USDA Prime beef from the mid-west. Hand selected USDA Prime makes up the top 2% of all beef in the US. Every steer has been raised on artisanal grasses and grain-fed to finish. All beef undergoes additional dry-aging on site. Dry-aging produces a concentrated flavor, deep color, and a sharp aromatic.
